William A Moore is a renowned expert in the field of wellness and longevity. Prior to founding AdvancedYOU, William was the founder of Advanced Skin Fitness®, which grew to 4 locations over 20 years in the Dallas Metroplex before he sold in 2023. William is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their longevity, health, and aesthetic goals having a passion for his profession. He combines his extensive knowledge and experience in dermal filler techniques, sexual medicine, exercise physiology, nutrition, non-invasive body contouring, aesthetics, and the health/wellness industry to deliver exceptional results to his patients.

One of William’s notable contributions to the field is the development of the male girth enhancement procedure known as the PhalloFILL® male girth enhancement. Through 13 years of experience, research, and collaboration with plastic surgeons and urologists worldwide, William has perfected this technique, which has gained recognition and popularity. Serving as the Clinical Director for both AdvancedYOU and The PhalloFILL® Clinics, he ensures the highest standards of safety, effectiveness, and aesthetic outcomes.

William’s expertise extends beyond his clinical practice. He actively participates in professional organizations and initiatives to advance the industry and promote best practices. He serves as the President of the Texas Med Spa Association, where he plays a vital role in organizing and advocating for the practical requirements of physician delegation of services and ownership in medical spas.

Prior to his current roles, William held various leadership positions, including President of The Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal, Secretary of the same organization, and Executive Vice President of the Board of Directors. In these capacities, he contributed to the development of certification programs, licensing exams, and legislative efforts aimed at regulating the use of medical lasers and ensuring safe practices.

William’s dedication to education and training is evident in his comprehensive approach. He has developed training programs to teach other providers the techniques of girth enhancement, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and anti-aging treatments. By constantly updating his knowledge and skills, he maximizes results for his patients and shares his expertise through non-profit organizations where he volunteers.

With an impressive educational background, William holds an MBA in Human Resources from Texas A and M-Commerce, an M.S. in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a B.S. in Health and Kinesiology from Mississippi University for Women.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, William is an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and healthcare equality. He was a plaintiff in the landmark LGBTQ+ case Zarda vs Altitude Express before The Supreme Court of the United States, which led to the protection of sexual orientation under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. His contributions to the LGBTQ+ community were recognized with the 2020 GLMA Achievement Award.
